Do you think everything happens for a reason?
At one point I did because it was told to me over and over again. The saying in itself is a coping mechanism. Some things that happen don’t have any good reasons and some things happen that seem to work out for the best. I suppose the reason is the scientific explanation or logic behind it, but the saying is talking about some magic reasoning that benefits an unforeseen moment down the line. Even though I look back on my journey and I can see how the dots are connected and the butterfly effect working, I don’t believe everything happens within our journeys that paved the way for another thing to materialize.

Sometimes God’s “no” is really His “not yet” or His “I have something better.”
What feels like silence may actually be protection.
While you’re focused on the moment, God sees the entire journey.
The God who knows the end from the beginning will never settle for less than what He has prepared for you.
